The Patient Navigator Per Diem role within the Radiation Oncology department is pivotal in guiding patients through their treatment journey. Responsible for day-to-day coordination and communication, as the Patient Navigator you will ensure patients understand procedures, schedules and insurance processes. With a proactive approach, you will anticipate patient needs and manage the process efficiently. Tactful and professional interaction, along with adept multitasking and organization, are essential for providing patients with seamless support and assistance.
Salary: $33.40 Hourly
