We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Coordinator/Patient Navigator to support a newly expanded clinic that includes Genetics and High-Risk Breast services. This full-time hybrid role is based primarily in Waltham (2 days onsite weekly, with occasional coverage at the BWH campus) and plays a key role in coordinating care across multiple specialties.

The position focuses on scheduling and managing complex patient visits, obtaining outside imaging and records, placing orders for diagnostic testing, securing authorizations, and guiding patients through their care journey. The navigator is aligned to a specific area of the clinic (e.g., cancer suspicion, high-risk breast, pulmonary nodule, or genetics) and serves as a central point of contact—handling phone inquiries, coordinating care, and supporting provider-requested administrative needs to ensure a seamless patient experience.
