The Position

At Roche, we believe better outcomes for more patients start with genuine partnership. As a Patient Journey Partner for Oncology, you will be a senior, empowered leader and the local face of Roche's healthcare ecosystem — partnering closely with everyone who touches the oncology patient journey to understand their needs and connect Roche's capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions. This is an integrated role spanning the full breadth of the patient journey, where your success is measured by the value you unlock for patients, their communities, and the healthcare system.

Your Opportunity

You will be directly accountable for delivering better outcomes for patients faster, with the decision-making authority to make an impact across the oncology patient journey in Indonesia.

• Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between healthcare stakeholders and Roche — bringing the outside in by uncovering opportunities to transform patient outcomes, and the inside out by connecting Roche's science and expertise to the ecosystem.

• Oversee the oncology patient journey end to end as a system thinker, identifying shared purpose among stakeholders and co-creating solutions that remove roadblocks for patients and the community.

• Own the customer engagement strategy for your area — from insight gathering through planning and implementation — in collaboration with fellow Patient Journey Partners, and capture timely stakeholder insights to drive data-informed action.

• Steward Roche's oncology portfolio through its lifecycle, supporting appropriate use and sharing the merits of our medicines with healthcare professionals in a truthful and balanced manner.

• Share patient and community needs internally, prioritize and secure resources, and pull in expertise from across the local affiliate and global network to deliver solutions faster.

• Ensure a consistently excellent experience whenever stakeholders engage with Roche's people, products, and services — and have the courage to stop activities that don't add predictable value for patients.

Who You Are

You bring personal purpose in improving the patient journey, a patient-centric and entrepreneurial mindset, and the integrity to lead as an open, honest, and genuine partner. You think at an enterprise level — beyond boundaries — to bring the best outcomes to Indonesia's health environment and across Roche globally.

• Deep understanding of the oncology patient journey and related treatments, enabling credible engagement with specialists, plus a robust grasp of medical affairs strategies and tactics including clinical research.

• In-depth understanding of the Indonesia healthcare system, its stakeholders, and the Indonesia Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct and related standards.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnering skills — coaching, consulting, and deep listening — including partnership with therapeutic area experts; experience with patient advocacy groups is highly desired.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams; experience formulating cross-functional strategies is highly desired, along with strong business acumen spanning commercialization, medical, and customer experience.

• A growth mindset: you learn and unlearn quickly, experiment, take considered risks, make insight- and data-driven decisions, and share knowledge generously across networks.

• Comfortable understanding and using digital tools; experience in agile ways of working is desired.

• University degree in a scientific, economic, or business field; an advanced life science degree or MBA is a plus. Proficiency in English to collaborate across the broader Roche enterprise is highly desired.
