  • Brings the outside in, working with partners to uncover opportunities to transform outcomes for patients via the Triple Win, faster, drawing on local and network expertise and collaborating with other PJPs where needed.

  • Liaises closely with internal and external stakeholders to realise sustainable access to healthcare for patients across the patient journey for products post-license.

  • Ensures great experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services.

  • Strategically prioritises projects and initiatives and delivers on these to improve patient outcomes.

Who are you

You are a system thinker and deep listener with a genuine passion for improving the patient journey and creating value and impact across the ecosystem. You think at an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, bringing the best possible outcomes both to the local health environment and, more broadly, across Roche globally.

In addition, you bring the following skills & experience:

  • Self-managed and self-directed, with a strong display of integrity in everything you do.

  • Fluent in English.

  • University degree (scientific, economic or business). An advanced degree in Life Science and/or MBA is a plus.
