Valley Forge Medical center and Hospital is one of Pennsylvania’s only addiction hospitals, dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals battling substance use disorders, often alongside acute and chronic medical conditions. We are seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join our team and help create a warm, supportive environment for our patients.

As a Patient Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and cared for during their stay. You’ll be the friendly face patients see upon arrival, providing a compassionate introduction to our facility. Throughout their stay, you’ll continue to foster a positive and supportive experience, addressing their needs with empathy and understanding.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Build rapport quickly with patients to foster trust and comfort.
• Address and resolve any patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a supportive and patient-centered environment.
• Uphold the values of compassion, respect, and dignity in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of empathy and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working with individuals suffering from substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.

Monday - Friday 1pm-9pm

Pay: $30.00 per hour
