Medi-Weightloss of Drexel Hill

Full-Time

Base salary of $50,000–$55,000, based on experience, plus significant performance-based bonus opportunities

Help build the leading weight loss and wellness clinic in Drexel Hill.

Join Medi-Weightloss of Drexel Hill as our Patient Experience & Growth Manager and play a central role in growing a new clinic from the ground up. You will help build strong community relationships, convert interest into patients, and create a welcoming, high-quality experience that keeps patients coming back and referring others.

This role owns patient growth and experience

You will:

  • Build awareness in the community and generate new patient interest

  • Follow up with leads and guide them into becoming patients

  • Create a warm, professional, and trusted in-clinic experience

  • Support retention, referrals, and positive reviews

This is a hands-on, people-facing role that blends outreach, relationship building, and front-of-clinic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Community Outreach
  • Build relationships with local physicians, gyms, and community partners

  • Represent the clinic at events and through local outreach

  • Generate new patient leads through community engagement

Lead Follow-Up & Conversion
  • Follow up with prospective patients in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer questions, build trust, and guide individuals toward scheduling visits

  • Track and manage leads to improve conversion rates

Patient Experience & Retention
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment in the clinic

  • Ensure patients feel valued, understood, and motivated to continue their journey

  • Support retention through follow-up, encouragement, and accountability

Marketing & Brand Support
  • Assist with social media content, testimonials, and local marketing initiatives

  • Support reputation building through patient experience and reviews

This is a full-time (40-hour/week) position

Clinic hours are currently:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The remaining hours are dedicated to outreach, follow-up, and administrative work. These hours are structured but offer some flexibility based on clinic and community needs.

Compensation

Base salary of $50,000–$55,000, based on experience.

This role offers strong upside through performance-based incentives tied to patient growth, retention, and overall clinic success. Full details will be discussed during the interview process.

Work Authorization & Onsite Requirement

This position is onsite in Drexel Hill, PA. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas now or in the future.
