You Will:

The Patient Experience Coordinator is an essential position that assists in supporting operational excellence. The primary role is to ensure that the clinic operations run smoothly and timely daily. This position emphasizes customer/patient care excellence, privacy, compliance, and serving in a dynamic health setting.

• Lead patient check-in procedures with excellent customer service, greeting patients warmly, professionally and ensuring a positive first impression
• Prepare patient visits by verifying coverage, confirming appointments, and sharing any necessary pre-visit instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the EMR system
• Manage phone calls with diligence and excellent phone etiquette
• Schedule appointments accurately, optimizing clinician schedules across all Prosano locations.
• Work in partnership with Prosano care teams to provide seamless and integrated service to our patients
• Support the care team by ensuring patient needs are clearly communicated prior to visit.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
• Perform tasks to maintain a clean and healthy work environment
• Maintain front office and lobby in an organized and professional appearance at all times.
• Experience in a patient-facing or customer-facing position (medical office experience is a plus)
• Excellent patient or customer service and communication skills
• A patient first mindset and genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with attention to detail.
• A flexible and positive attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Working hours may include extended hours.
• This position requires 100% on-site work at the care center location and may also involve movement between clinics as needed

You Have:

• Proficient PC skills
• Experience with EMR systems for scheduling and documentation (Athena experience is a plus)
• High school diploma or GED
• A Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification
• An active Arizona fingerprint clearance card

Required Clinic Protocols

This position will complete all necessary onboarding/orientation activities, as needed or directed including:

• Completion of N95 Mask Fit Testing within 30 days of hire
• Completion of all required vaccinations to work in clinic before clinic start date
