Your new role
As Patient Engagement Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies that connect people living with obesity with the care and support they need. This role sits at the intersection of patient advocacy, digital innovation and commercial strategy – where your work directly influences how patients experience their journey with Novo Nordisk.

Within International Operations, you will be joining Marketing Metabolic Diseases – a team dedicated to transforming how we support people living with conditions like obesity and diabetes. In our marketing department, we focus on shaping our commercial approach, collaborating cross-functionally and supporting business development across obesity and diabetes. We serve as a link and guide for the Novo Nordisk portfolio, ensuring we stay competitive in the market. Our goal is to unlock the full potential of our products, by implementing effective marketing strategies and making successful product launches.
