Schedule for the Patient Coordinator

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Patient Coordinator

• 2+ years of dental or medical receptionist experience is required
• Eaglesoft Experience Preferred
• Answer phones and address inquiries from patients, ensuring excellent customer serviceSchedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar using the patient management software
• Communicate effectively with patients to confirm and remind them of their appointments
• Understand and process RX through the patient management software
• Assist with the coordination of patient records and paperwork
• We are a fee for service office so we file claims on patient’s behalf so they received reimbursement- understanding and communicating that to patients is important.
