What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Verify dental insurance benefits
• Update and maintain accurate patient information
• Help keep the front office running smoothly each day

Requirements

• Positive, professional attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Motivated, dependable, and driven
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with a great team
• Dental front office experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
• Experience with Dentrix is preferred
