and duties include but not limited to:

• Greet all patients upon their arrival and ensure their needs are exceeded.
• Monitor the arrival of patients.
• Schedule all appointments.
• Stabilize the production by scheduling the Ideal Day.
• Facilitate the production and scheduling portion of the morning meeting by identifying open time in the schedule for various appointment types.
• Update addresses, telephone numbers and insurance information as the patients arrive.
• Oversee the schedule during the day to ensure that it runs smoothly. Adjust the schedule as necessary.
• Complete a telephone slip for each new patient and forward documents to them.
• Monitor and track new patient phone calls and document referral sources and pertinent information.
• Oversee and train all appropriate staff members on the scheduling program/software.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the office manager and doctor.
• Interpret phone calls, new patient visits, billing inquiries, etc. for Spanish speaking patients.

Requirements

Qualifications we are looking for Reception background. Dental or orthodontic experience a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish speaker REQUIRED We are willing to train the right person even without experience!
