MinnesotaThe Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
Location: Woodbury, MN
$18-20/hr
Monday - Friday. (40 hours/week)
Monday 9-7pm Tuesday 9-6pm Wednesday 8-430pm Thursday 9-430pm Friday 10-430pm

Position Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations
Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads
Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow
