In this role, you will support the administrative management of care for adults, children, and young people, helping to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently. You will deliver an excellent patient experience, handling enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy while liaising with patients, clinicians, and colleagues across the business.

💡 About the Role
In this role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for all patients and parents and respond to queries in a timely manner
Independently manage and monitor waiting lists in line with available sessions
Process patient referrals to appropriate clinical pathway
Handle multiple inbound queries
Coordinate and manage bookings for one-to-one sessions, ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience

Previous experience working in a customer/patient facing role, ideally within a mental healthcare setting
An ability to deal with challenging situations with customers, and provide effective solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
