Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Will provide inbound and outbound telephonic and SMS texting support
  • Will handle general inquiries, simple triage and basic customer service
  • Will provide Participant-selected services as stated by the enrollment form
  • Will provide Transition related Services to Participants (Appendix A)
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
  • Customer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude
  • Ability to multitask, think critically and problem solve to address customer needs and barriers to product fulfillment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment
  • Empathetic and patient focused approach
  • High attention to detail, diligence and reliability

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Experience: 0-1 years and above

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

Skills

  • At least 1year + experience in BPO/Health Care
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Can Start Asap
  • Willing to work in Pasig
  • Willing to work onsite
