✨ Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, making them feel welcomed and cared for
✨ Provide exceptional patient care by guiding patients through their visit from check-in to check-out
✨ Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth patient flow
✨ Present, explain, and schedule treatment plans while answering patient questions
✨ Verify insurance, explain benefits, and assist patients with understanding financial options
✨ Accept payments, collect copays, and maintain accurate financial records
✨ Update patient records, process X-rays, and manage referrals
✨ Keep the front office running smoothly with organization, positivity, and teamwork
💼 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Strong customer service skills with excellent organization and communication
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Dental office experience preferred (but not required for the right fit!)
✅ A team-oriented mindset and genuine passion for helping people
✅ Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS!
