The Behavioral Health Center at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Caregivers help patients back to the path of hope, happiness and a better quality of life through the center’s treatment services, counseling, classes and screenings. As a Patient Companion on the team, you will provide compassionate and top-quality care by encouraging patients to participate in group treatment. In this role, you will assist RNs, physicians, dietitians and other staff in coordinating and fulfilling treatment plans for high fall risk patients or those with acute behavioral struggles that have been placed on 1:1 care. A caregiver in this position works days from 6:45AM – 7:15PM, including every other weekend and two holidays per year.
