If you want a hands-on healthcare role where every shift matters, this is it. As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) in the Neuro Cardiac Unit at Gateway, you’ll be directly involved in patient care on a unit that handles some of the most complex and rewarding cases in the hospital.
You won’t just be supporting care—you’ll be part of the team delivering it. Working side-by-side with nurses, you’ll help patients through critical moments of recovery, stabilization, and healing.
This is a high-acuity, fast-paced learning environment where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of conditions, including cardiac events, strokes, respiratory illnesses, infections, and multi-system medical complications. The unit is also a designated stroke unit and part of a certified Primary Stroke Center, meaning you’ll be working where nationally recognized standards of care are met every day.
With central telemetry monitoring and a diverse patient population, this is a place where your skills grow quickly and your work is always meaningful.
