
The Patient Care Technician Lead supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services and providing leadership to Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) within the inpatient care setting. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), this role assists with activities of daily living, patient mobility, and vital sign monitoring, while also coordinating onboarding and training efforts for PCT staff. The Patient Care Technician Lead serves as a resource and role model for new and existing team members, contributing to the department's operational excellence and patient experience.
