**Class June 8th - June 18th**
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training Program is a temporary training position created to prepare colleagues without prior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience or training for placement into a permanent PCT/Nursing Assistant role. The program provides foundational education and hands-on clinical experience necessary to safely assist with patient care under direct supervision.
Upon successful completion of the program and all required competencies, colleagues will transition into a Patient Care Technician/Nursing Assistant position Duties may vary by shift and/or be unit-specific based on operational needs.

Failure to attend or complete any portion of the program will result in removal from the training program.
Post-Program Role
Upon successful completion of the program, colleagues will be placed into a Patient Care Technician/Nursing Assistant position working 12-hour shifts, which may include:
Position requires rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
