Key Responsibilities • Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, visit preparation, and follow-up activities across assigned care center workflows. • Verify patient demographics, insurance information, referral details, and required documentation prior to or during visits. • Respond to patient calls, messages, and front desk inquiries, providing accurate information within established guidelines. • Identify scheduling gaps, missing documentation, or incomplete patient information and take appropriate steps to resolve routine issues. • Route clinical messages, refill requests, forms, and care-related inquiries to the appropriate care team members. • Maintain accurate records in electronic medical record, scheduling, and patient communication systems. • Support daily front office workflow by prioritizing routine tasks, coordinating with clinical staff, and escalating issues when needed.
