As a Patient Care Director, manage all aspects of care Mother- Baby and Pediatrics, including fiscal, operational, and clinical quality. Foster autonomy and patient focus. Inspire nurses and support staff to achieve their highest potential, and rediscover the reasons you entered your field. This is a full time day shift position at NewYork Presbyterian Westchester Hospital. Located in Bronxville, NY; right across the Metro North Station.

Required Criteria

  • BSN

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire. Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing.

  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

  • NYS RN License

  • Demonstrated leadership skills/experience
