The Hearing Care Coordinator (HCC) plays a key role in the success and growth of the Greenfield clinic. Working closely with the Hearing Care Professional and clinical team, the HCC is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience while helping build awareness, generate new patient opportunities, and grow the clinic within the local community.
This is a patient-focused, sales and business-growth role. The HCC builds strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, community partners, and local organizations to generate awareness and grow the clinic. Through proactive outreach, follow-up, appointment scheduling, and community engagement, the HCC helps connect people with the hearing care they need and supports the clinic in achieving its business goals.
