A leading private eye care practice seeks an organized, compassionate Patient Care Coordinator. Join a dynamic team and help patients navigate their healthcare experience while building administrative and service skills. No experience needed — comprehensive training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients warmly and ensure a friendly environment.
  • Assess patient needs and provide clear information about appointments, insurance, and available services. Clearly explain procedures and answer questions accurately.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage.
  • Maintain patient records, assist with administrative duties, and support a smooth patient experience while creating positive relationships to encourage satisfaction and retention.
