What You’ll Do:
Greet and check patients in/out with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and coordinate patient communication
Schedule appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
Verify insurance card(s) and patient information
Process payments and enter charges accurately
Coordinate referrals and manage electronic records
Support our Audiologists and front office team
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of medical front office experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a busy office
Bonus: Experience in Audiology, Dental, Optometry, or Ophthalmology practices is a plus.
