We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team full-time. One or more years dental administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Patient Care Coordinator

Our Patient Care Coordinators are often the first and last people our patients interact with, making this role an important part of the overall patient experience. We are looking for someone who is friendly, compassionate, organized, and comfortable helping patients feel informed and cared for throughout their visit.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Uphold our company’s core values in every interaction
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with their questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
• Help maintain productive schedules while supporting a smooth patient flow
• Review treatment fees, insurance estimates, and payment options with patients
• Collect patient payments and accurately document account information
• Navigate dental insurance plans and help patients understand their benefits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members
• Assist with general administrative responsibilities as needed
