We are a busy multi-provider audiology clinic seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator. As the face of the office, we are looking for a dependable hard worker that can multi-task and greet patients with a warm and positive attitude. Answering the phone and effectively helping patients or routing them to the appropriate person is another important aspect of the job. We work in a team environment and take pride in our high quality of patient care.
Job duties include:
Welcomes and greets patients and visitors in person or over the phone
Answering and routing phone calls on a multi extension phone system
Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information
Collect patient payments and enter in management software system
Check-in received products with our practice management software ensuring that orders are correct, and patients are scheduled with the audiologist
General office responsibilities, i.e. filing, faxing, handling referrals, etc…
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of High school diploma.
2 years front office experience, in a retail medical setting (dermatology/optical/plastic surgery/cosmetic dentistry setting).
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office programs i.e. Word and Excel.
Must be able to work well independently.
Great organizational/time management skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task.

Hours are 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday.
