
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical and operational functions supporting the Medical Programs. This role provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team while ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between program staff and clinical leadership, functioning as both a frontline supervisor to maintain high standards of patient care, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

We provide fully integrated Wound Care and Dermatology care for our patients. We have found, with this method, we are able to prevent most wound and skin related hospital admissions. We also provide Wound Care and Dermatology training for our medical staff and our client’s facility staff to help prevent wounds from occurring and from further progression.
