We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our clinic team. In this important front-office role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping create a welcoming, professional, and positive experience from the moment they arrive or call. You will support patient registration, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, phone communication, and account management while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment where teamwork, integrity, and exceptional patient care are essential.
Work conditions:
The position is generally performed in an office, clinical, surgical center or hospital environment and involves frequent interruptions. The noise level is generally low to quiet.
