Job Description

Medical Receptionist

Location: 1120 W Washington Blvd., Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

Pay Rate: Up to $19.00/hour/ Weekly Pay

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to support a busy healthcare team. This role will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, verifying and entering registration information, and providing general clerical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients for scheduled visits
  • Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information
  • Make appointment reminder calls
  • Scan and maintain patient documentation
  • Perform various administrative and clerical duties
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff

Qualifications:

  • Healthcare/medical office experience preferred
  • Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
  • Medical receptionist experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly

You will work alongside Medical Assistants, Clinicians, and Nurses in a collaborative healthcare environment.

No license or certification required.
