Schedule: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Dress Code: Business Casual

About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support daily healthcare operations and provide an excellent patient experience. This role is ideal for a reliable, mature, and efficient healthcare professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in and check out patients and confirm appointments.
• Collect and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Perform insurance verification and obtain required patient signatures.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, and specialist follow-ups.
• Answer incoming and outgoing calls professionally and promptly.
• Maintain work queues and front-desk in-basket tasks.
• File, fax, scan, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Monitor fax servers and ensure documents are assigned to the appropriate electronic chart.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with Providers, Medical Assistants, Nurses, PSA, Echo Technicians, and other team members.
• Crosstrain and provide coverage at other locations as needed.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse healthcare team
