Patient Care Coordinator
Location: In Person - Washington, DC
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee, Non-Exempt
Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday (Two evenings until 8 pm) and every other Saturday.
Hourly Rate: $22-25/hour
Reports To: Office Manager
The Ross Center is a patient-centered mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and professional environment. We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for patients, responsible for answering inbound calls, managing messages, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting and applying payments, and supporting program coordination. This role is ideal for an organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys creating a positive patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing mental health practice. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism!
