Position
Displays exemplary customer service at all timeswith both internal and external customers including a positive,friendlyand caring attitude
Greets patients and visitors,determinesthe nature of theirvisitand providesaccurate,appropriate information
Provides information regardingparticular examsand procedures including prep information.
Prepares, processes, andmaintainsall confidential records on new and existing patients.
Verifies patient identity, retrieves and processes current patient insurance information and checks for exam authorization during check in and billing processes
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Mustdemonstratea pleasant, professional demeanor.
Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully, verbally and in writing, and to motivate others
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of medical reception tasks, clinic procedures, medicalterminologyand paperwork processing requirements.
