
Patient Bookings Administrator – Bupa Dermatology
Location
Remote role with occasional travel to Head Office in Rural Oxfordshire (OX25) for training and team-building activities.
Please note: applicants should ideally live within approximately a 1-hour radius of OX25.
Salary £25,057.50 per annum plus commission.

We are looking for a confident individual to join our Bupa Dermatology Patient Bookings team.
This is a remote role however our Head office is in Rural Oxfordshire, occasional travel will be required for team building and training days to this location. Therefore, it is preferable if you to live within (approximately) a 1 hr radius of OX25.
About the Role
Working remotely as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for speaking with patients, understanding their needs and arranging suitable appointments and treatments across our clinics. The role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work towards targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
