In this fast-paced, patient-focused role, you’ll be the expert navigating referrals, verifying authorizations, and coordinating with providers and clinical teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to service helps eliminate barriers to care and creates a seamless experience for patients and families who rely on USFHP.
US Family Health Plan is a Department of Defense-sponsored health plan for uniformed services members, retirees and their family members. Based in Washington State, PacMed has administered US Family Health Plan for more than 30 years. We have learned best practices that keep people healthy – efficiently and affordably. Provides the administrative functions needed to support a smooth, efficient referral process; assists the utilization review and case management nurse with management of referrals and monitoring or institutional patients.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
