Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.2. Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar.3. Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays.4. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.6. Assist and manage patient paperwork, including consent forms, FMLA forms, disabilityforms, physical therapy notes, etc.7. Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.8. Handle basic administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing and data entry.

Qualifications

• 1. Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred.2. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and authorization processes.3.
