EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and collections or comparable education in a related field.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach to patient interactions.
