
Baptist Health is looking for a Patient Access Team Lead to join our team in Louisville, KY
The Patient Access Team Lead must be able to coordinate staff and duties on his or her shift and maintain the daily operation of patient access or pre-access areas. Assist in the training process for new and current employees. Coordinates lunches and/or breaks as needed. Act as a leader for their scheduled shift and ensure proper protocol is followed. Maintains patient and employee privacy and confidentiality. Enforces, follows and supports all processes, policies and procedures and ensures all staff are updated and trained when changes occur.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum 6 months experience in management or access services related field (registration, pre-access, patient accounting, and financial services.
