ABOUT THE ROLE: This Patient Access Representative position is designed to provide high quality service to all individuals served and customers in a courteous and professional manner. We are looking for a professional that has the experience with clerical/administration functions, confidentiality, multi-tasking and works well within a team-based approach. This position is expected to perform clerical and administrative duties in order to maintain program and registration operations including: communications, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, Insurance registration and the basic coordination of day-to-day services. Follow all established documentation, policies and procedures. Prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines, urgency of needs and departmental policy. Other duties as assigned.
