What You Will Do
Analyze Quality Data to identify areas of opportunity for US Patient Access Associates
Assist with development and delivery of training to reinforce areas of opportunity.
Delivers quality audit feedback to associates as needed in real time.
Delivers monthly cumulative quality feedback to associates.
Assists with maintenance of policy and procedures when changes are identified.
Conducts audits to support the needs of the business as needs are identified.
Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support, production, or operations team
What You Will Need
Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 4-6+ years of prior relevant experience or Associate's Degree and a minimum 6-8+ years of prior relevant experience.(Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.
Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, payor, CBO, business office environment or an outsourcing company
Travel within the assigned region 25-50 %
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel.
Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Revenue Cycle experience along with knowledge of managing key performance indicators.

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000.00-$98,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
