Rivers Health is seeking a Patient Access Clerk to Primarily responsible for all clerical communications and data processing
activities related to the pre-registration, quick registration, and registration of all patients of the facility. Requires a customer relation focused attitude that relates a helpful and friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING
High School Diploma
WORK EXPERIENCE
One year experience preferred in a provider office or health care setting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing coordinate, motivate and collaborate with others. Must be able to effectively recognize the unique needs of patients of all ages, including
neonates, pediatrics, adolescents and geriatrics. Must be able to prioritize and delegate effectively. Must be able to judge and problem solve based on situational assessment. Must possess good inductive and deductive reasoning skills.
