Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of pathological specimens, including histology and cytology.
• Develop and deliver precise pathology reports, facilitating informed clinical decisions.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to discuss findings and patient management strategies.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory quality standards and procedures.
• Provide education and training to junior staff and medical students as needed.
• Stay abreast of advancements in pathology techniques and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

• MD or DO with a specialization in Pathology.
• Board certification in Pathology.
• At least 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Proficient in diagnostic pathology procedures and techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration.
• Dedication to professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
