About the Team

Providing strategic advice based on IP laws to Divisions of ZF in AP and handling all trademark related matters.

What you can look forward to as a Patent Professional:

• Working closely with Divisions in AP to further the protection of IP and interest of ZF in China.
• Handling patent filing, including identifying the ideas to be protected and bypassing potential IP risk, drafting and reviewing patent applications, completing patent prosecution.
• Managing patent portfolio for divisions in AP.
• Conducting FTO and providing legal advice.
• Deeply engaging in infringement analysis, patent invalidations, and litigations.
• Delivering regular IP trainings to Divisions and Functions.

Your Profile as a Patent Professional:

• More than 3 years patent related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science.
• Patent Bar is a must /General Bar is a plus.
• Solid experience in patent prosecution, invalidation and litigation.
• Fluent English.
