  Handle
  PTAB proceedings

  inter partes review (IPR)

  Draft substantive briefs, motions, and PTAB filings.
• 
  Take an active role in
  fact and expert discovery
  , including
  depositions
  .
• 
  Work closely with senior attorneys on
  case strategy, technical analysis, and client interaction
  .
• 
  Engage with technologies such as
  semiconductors, networking, data compression, digital video, and related systems

• 
  Base salary range: $310,000 – $390,000
  , depending on experience, background, and qualifications.

Requirements

• 
  4–6 years of patent litigation experience
  at a law firm.
• 
  At least
  4 years of solid district court litigation experience
  .
• 
  Experience with
  IPR/PTAB proceedings strongly preferred
  .
• 
  Technical degree in
  Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
  , or related field (required).
• 
  Exceptional writing skills
  are a must.
• 
  USPTO registration preferred
  , but not required.
