Job Description

  • Development of intellectual property strategies for new technologies
  • Management and ongoing evaluation of the patent portfolio
  • Analysis and evaluation of internal invention disclosures
  • Coordination of the preparation and supervision of patent applications
  • Patent searches to assess patentability and potential conflicts
  • Continuous monitoring of competitors' patent activities
  • Degree in engineering or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in patent law (national and international), ideally in industry or a patent law firm
  • Experience in developing and implementing protection and registration strategies
  • Confident use of patent databases and search tools
  • Structured approach to work, analytical skills, and strong communication skills
  • Business fluent German mandatory and English
