Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm and consistent member of the Am Law Global 100, is seeking a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join our Tel Aviv office. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Israel's world-class innovation ecosystem and the US patent system, collaborating closely with GT's US-based patent attorneys while serving a primarily Israeli client base. The Patent Agent will work from our Tel Aviv office, providing high-level US patent prosecution services to Israeli and global companies, startups, research institutions, and individual inventors seeking protection for their innovations in the United States. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with GT's attorneys across our US offices as part of GT's global platform, and will be expected to operate with a significant degree of independence, manage complex matters, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
We are open to candidates across a range of technical backgrounds. Relevant technical disciplines include, but are not limited to, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, software, robotics, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences and related fields.
Candidates must have:
A minimum of 3 years of US patent prosecution experience at a law firm is required. Candidates with more extensive experience are encouraged to apply.
