Work hours? 7:50am to 5pm
Position background ? What does this position accomplish for the business? Please describe the team the candidate will be working with . I have 10 PSR’s ladies who check in patients or accept calls. The two temps will be answering the phones.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? Clean the lobby (rotation is between the entire team) Please see attached JD.
What does the ideal candidate background look like? Quick to learn EMR (eClinical), Excellent Customer Service.
What skills/attributes are require? At least 2 years solid customer service.
What skills/attributes are preferred? Bilingual in Spanish and presents well in appearance
**Will need at least 1 of the 2 candidates to be bilingual in Spanish

What is the dress code (ex: business casual scrubs etc.)? Business Casual (no sandals, no t shirts) Slacks and shirt/blouse. No overpowering perfumes. Short nails (this is very important)
