Job Responsibilities

As a Preadmission & OR Scheduling RN, you will:

• Manage and oversee the preadmission process for patients across various populations.
• Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures to ensure efficiency in the operating room.
• Provide personalized, high-quality nursing care rooted in evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on the pre-procedure process and address any concerns.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional nursing and adhere to the Texas Nurse Practice Act

Qualifications

• Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).
• Licenses/Certifications
• Active RN license.
• CPR-BCLS certification.
• Experience Open to new graduates; preadmission or OR scheduling experience is a plus.
• Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional communication and decorum.
• Ability to maintain and manage confidential patient information.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
