PAT Binder & Document Controller (OSP TLS, KSA)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update PAT binders (FOC routes, ducts, HH/MH, splicing, OTDR tests).
• Collect and verify WIR, MIR, survey reports, test results, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain document registers, transmittals, and revision control.
• Manage EDMS (SharePoint/Aconex) and distribute updated documents to teams.
• Ensure proper naming, numbering, and versioning of OSP documents.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Construction, and GIS teams.
• Track PAT submissions, client comments, and close-out requirements.
• Support PAC/FAC documentation and final project archiving.

Required Skills

• Experience in OSP telecom/fiber projects in KSA.
• Knowledge of OTDR results, splicing sheets, FOC installation documents.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and document handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and EDMS tools.
• Ability to work under deadlines and follow strict standards.
