Assist in the preparation and production of pastry, desserts, and bakery items under the guidance of senior chefs.
Ensure the quality, freshness, consistency, and presentation of all pastry items meet our renowned standards.
Support the daily mise en place for the pastry section, including creams, doughs, garnishes, sauces, and dessert components.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry section, including proper storage of ingredients, tools, and equipment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely preparation of all pastry items.
Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and proper handling of pastry ingredients.
Contribute creative ideas to dessert preparation, presentation, and menu development when required.
Previous experience in a similar pastry role within a high-volume kitchen or restaurant environment.
Pastry, culinary, or relevant certification preferred.
A strong passion for pastry, desserts, and high-quality food preparation.
Good knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and dessert presentation.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

LPM is first and foremost food-driven, and ingredient-led with fresh and light French Riviera-inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.
The menu, designed for sharing amongst the table, is complemented by a substantial French wine list that includes an extensive selection from Provence.
