- Assistsintakinginventoryandcreatingadailyprep list
- AccuratelyfollowsallordersreceivedfromthePOSsystemand/ordirectionsfromtheexpeditor
- Maintainscleanlinessandsanitationofassignedstation,thekitchen,andtheentirevenue
- Followsupervisor’sinstructions,communicatewithandsupportco-workerswhilebeingateamplayer
- Possessesin-depthknowledgeofassignedrecipeswiththeabilitytoexecutethemtocompanystandards
- Possessesgeneralknowledgeofthevenue
- ComplieswithDepartmentofHealthandcompanysanitationstandards
- Worksaspartofateamandprovideshelpandsupporttoallfellowteammembers
- Communicatesproductneedstothechefs,souschefs,andthesupportstaff
